Takin Khorram has over 15 years experience in juvenile, child custody, and personal injury law. He has unique experience in foster care litigation, having litigated for almost 10 years at Edelman Children’s Court on behalf of children, parents, and the social service agency in juvenile dependency proceedings. He was a Deputy County Counsel for nine years where he supervised Department of Children and Family Services (“DCFS”) litigation and acted as advice counsel to DCFS senior management for administrative hearings for Los Angeles County. As such, he is strategically able to advise and represent clients through all aspects of litigation and foster care involvement.

He left the County Counsel’s Office and formed Riley Khorram because he is passionate about representing individuals in juvenile and family law matters.
